Experienced Window Install Helpers needed! Must have construction background and be mechanically inclined. Helpers assist technicians install, repair and replace residential/commercial windows while providing excellent customer service. Must be passionate and detail oriented. Technicians and helpers work with the highest quality of glass products with superior workmanship.
Hours: 1st shift, 7am-5pm, Mon – Fri + OT (approximately 7 - 15 hours OT)
Compensation: $17.50/hr | Starting Pay
Preferred Skills and Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' construction or installation experience, preferred
- Able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds.
- Able to complete and pass onboarding requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must maintain a professional and clean-cut physical appearance
- Pass a tape measure test
- Able to pass a drug test
