PRST- PeopleReady Skilled Trades customer is seeking an experienced Lead Retrofit Window Installer to oversee and perform high-quality residential/commercial window installations. In this temp-to-perm role you will earn $36.00-$38.00 an hour DOE, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a full-time schedule. This position is located in the Salem, Oregon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Lead installation crews on job sites
- Retrofit windows and doors according to company standards
- Follow specifications - Leaving the nail fin in place, sealing around edging, and installing metal flashing.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older with valid Right to Work documentation In the U.S.
- 5+years of proven experience in window installation
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and industry best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
