We’re expanding our Installed Services Division and adding a new crew at our Mishawaka Window & Door facility. 🛠 What You’ll Do

• Prep openings and install windows and exterior doors in new construction projects

• Use tools like hammers, levels, and power saws with confidence (or we’ll train you!)

• Climb ladders, lift and set windows, and handle equipment safely

• Work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Some construction knowledge is helpful—but not required

• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working with tools

• A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude

• A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work
