Responsibilities include managing Windows servers, monitoring system health, handling vulnerability patches, maintaining physical data center infrastructure, managing Active Directory users, triaging helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting, and ensuring disaster preparedness.
Requires 3+ years of experience with Windows Server management, Active Directory, Print Server technology, Cisco UCS servers, enterprise storage, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Preferred skills include PowerShell scripting, security standards (PCI, FERPA, NIST), and relevant certifications.
The role reports to the Distributed Computing Manager, with regular hours and on-call duties.
