Under moderate supervision a Service Coordinator receives information on an issue and takes ownership of resolving said issue in a timely, customer and operations focused manner.Requires excellent problem-solving skills, a high level of organization, a sense of urgency, and grace under pressure. Communication skills are an absolute must.The service coordinator juggles the intake of work orders, placing material orders, scheduling service stops through various parties and keeps all parties updated at all times. They also keep management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and escalated customer complaints.
Coordinates ordering, delivery and installation of products/material at customer's sites.Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.Works closely with customers, vendors, salesmen, subcontractors, technicians and different departments.
