Description

We're seeking a Windows Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance our client's Windows infrastructure while ensuring system stability, security, and performance. Senior-level Windows Administration experience is required, in addition to MECM/SCCM, Qualys, Splunk and Linux Administration.

This role requires 3-days onsite each week in Midtown Manhattan.

• Administer and support Windows server and workstation environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage operating system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance using enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and system-related issues across Windows and virtualized environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, documentation, and operational processes to improve efficiency.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience with Windows Administration experience
• Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM
• Experience with Qualys vulnerability management
• Working knowledge of Splunk
• Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred)
• VMware administration or engineering experience
• Scripting and automation skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
