Job Summary/Company: Our client is looking for a mid-level Windows System Administrator to work in their offices in Grapevine. As a Windows System Administrator, you will serve as the primary operational anchor for a 150–200 user environment, collaborating closely with the CIO, IT Manager, and GRC Consultant. This role requires leveraging 5+ years of experience to manage, secure, and optimize core Microsoft cloud and endpoint technologies. You will ensure high availability, robust identity governance, and seamless device management across the organization.

- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure tenant resources, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune to support daily operations for 150–200 users.
- Partner with the IT Manager and GRC Consultant to implement security policies, identity controls, and compliance frameworks across all cloud and endpoint environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system, identity, and device deployment issues while proactively optimizing user workflows and endpoint performance.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and managing enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Deep technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
- Proven ability to thrive in a lean IT organization, working collaboratively with leadership, management, and compliance stakeholders.
