Windows Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Windows Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows systems and be proficient in PowerShell scripting. This role requires expertise in system observability, participation in Root Cause Analysis, and the ability to create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Windows-based systems and servers- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation and management- Implement and manage observability solutions for Windows environments- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) calls to investigate and resolve system issues- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Windows system processes- Troubleshoot complex Windows system issues and provide timely resolutions- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve overall system performance and reliability

(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
(2.) To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
(3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
(4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
(5.) To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
