As a Windows Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure for a retail-focused organization. This position requires a strong technical background to ensure the seamless operation of Windows systems and related technologies.

Description
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based systems to support business operations.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure.
- Document system configurations and create user guides as needed.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Continuously research and recommend technology advancements to enhance system performance.

Profile
MUST HAVES:
- PowerShell, Azure/Terraform and Windows fleet automation
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with system automation tools and scripting languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
