We are seeking an excited, thoughtful, and passionate Wine Director to join our team. - Experience training and developing front-of-house teams
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms such as Tock and Resy
- Understanding of NYC and NY State compliance and regulations (Food Protection Certification required)
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience leading a wine program in a Michelin-rated, Fine Dining or tasting menu environment
- Experience collaborating closely with culinary teams on pairings
- Track record of maintaining high standards, consistency, and service excellence
- Strong organizational and operational skills across inventory and systems
- Experience leading tastings, education programs, and team development initiatives
- Ability to contribute to broader programming, events, and collaborations
- Commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning
