At Shady Creek Winery, the tasting bar is where the experience comes to life. We’re looking for engaging, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Wine Tasting Associates to guide guests through our wines and create memorable, personalized experiences.
If you enjoy connecting with people, making recommendations, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Greet guests at the bar with a warm, friendly welcome
- Provide thoughtful recommendations, pairings, and product knowledge
- Take and fulfill orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the tasting bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For- Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Interest in wine (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train)
- Sales-minded approach—you’re comfortable making suggestions and guiding purchases
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Availability on weekends and holidays

Compensation
$10/hour base pay + tips
Typical total earnings range from $15–$25+/hour (based on volume and season)
