The Restaurant Supervisor I supports the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in daily restaurant operations and steps in when they are absent. Their primary goal is to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain a clean environment, and ensure high-quality food.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving team and company goals by assisting in all positions when needed.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards via the "Ops Scorecard" (SMG, QSC, WingYou).
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and maintaining a guest-first culture.
- Monitoring staffing, training team members, and maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring proper cash handling.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep, including pest control.
- Managing shift duties through pre-shift huddles, delegating tasks, and completing required documentation.
- Remaining professional and problem-solving in all interactions, working up to 40 hours weekly, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
