ROLE

The Shift Manager supervises shift operations to ensure food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. This includes working as a cashier or cook while overseeing staff. Exceptional customer service is a key part of this role.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
Ensures each guest receives outstanding service by creating a guest-friendly environment. This involves greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering excellent guest service.
Trains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
Practices inventory control standards.

Maintains appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
Opens and/or closes the restaurant and meets required working hours.
Manages and motivates the team.
Assembles and packages orders according to Wingstop standards.
Assists all other positions when needed.
Helps keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift.
Ensures all crew members are health and safety conscious at all times.
Resolves customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
Ensures the store is clean at closing and represents the Wingstop brand well.
Promotes the Wingstop brand and adheres to operational requirements.
Enforces the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy.
Ensures every guest has a positive, lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.

License/Certification:

ServSafe Manager Certification (Required)
