Description
Winterization Coordinator
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

- Responsible for negotiating contracts with service providers.
- Inspect facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations, routine maintenance and all other updates.
- Review completed services to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain communication between customers and clients regarding concerns, products, billing and services.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.
- Residential construction/plumbing experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
