Join Our Night Shift Manufacturing Team as a Wiper 3rd Shift!
Are you a dependable, hardworking individual looking for a steady night shift opportunity in Lexington, NC? Were seeking motivated Wiper/Production Associates to contribute to our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a vital part of our team, youll ensure product quality and cleanliness, helping us meet production goals while enjoying great pay and a supportive work culture.
What Youll Do:
- Wipe excess glue from cabinet doors as they move along the assembly line
- Inspect doors for cleanliness and quality before advancing to the next stage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures diligently
- Support team members in achieving daily production targets
Required Skills:
- Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the night shift hours: MondayThursday, 8:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Willingness to support a team-oriented environment and adapt to overtime needs
