Wire Clerk Specialist

Job Title: Wire Clerk Specialist (Banking professionals encouraged to apply!)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6+ months then permanent)

Compensation: $21 - 24/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Location: Tigard, OR (fully onsite)

LHH has partnered with a company based in Tigard, OR, that is looking for an experienced banking professional with strong customer service skills and familiarity with banking platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a fully onsite work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers.
• Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research.
• Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients.
• Offer accounting support to various departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably within the Banking or Title and Escrow industry (bank telling experience is also acceptable).
• Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology.
• Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment.
• Proficiency in sending professional emails.
