REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced training or education in a related area.
Previous experience as a tool and die maker or related trade.
Previous experience in the tool and die industry.

Filing, inventory, administrative, tasks, security, auditing, housekeeping, painting, inspections, telephone calls, ordering, shipping, training, mentoring, updating safety data sheets, and any other duties as assigned.
Performs other duties and assignments, as deemed necessary, to support JV’s dynamic business and operational needs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally working within a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
Work week is a minimum of 40 hours (i.e. 8 hours per day, with a paid lunch). Must be willing to work second shift. Required work hours, schedules and shifts are subject to change based upon business necessity. Required reliable transportation applies to all shifts, as assigned.
Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
Noise level varies throughout the different work areas. Must wear appropriate PPE, as required, in work area(s).
