Wire Cutter - 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a Wire Cutter and play an important role in preparing customer orders accurately and on time. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy, safety, and quality.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:30 PM (or until the work is done for the day)

What You'll Do:

• Read customer, work, shipping, and transfer orders to identify materials and quantities needed.
• Measure, cut, and spool various sizes of wire using wire-cutting equipment.
• Track wire footage, update wire tags, and communicate low inventory levels.
• Move and organize materials using warehouse equipment and place products in designated racks, shelves, or bins.
• Prepare customer orders for shipping, including staging, palletizing, and packaging.
• Complete cycle counts and verify inventory quantities as needed.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse, utility, electrical, distribution, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately read orders, labels, and product information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Forklift certification/experience is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the full 2nd-shift schedule.
• Must wear required steel-toe footwear.
