Adecco is currently seeking a Wire Harness Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Lititz, PA . This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with the potential for permanent employment. Pay rate $18.33
Position Summary
As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will assemble wire harnesses for electronic products by cutting, stripping, labeling, terminating, and routing wires according to work instructions and engineering diagrams. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work while following established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Cut, strip, label, and terminate wires
+ Assemble and route wire harnesses using diagrams and hand tools
+ Perform crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and quality testing
+ Operate assembly equipment and testing machines
+ Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
+ Maintain required IPC certifications and complete production documentation
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams
+ Experience with hand tools and assembly work is a plus
Pay Details: $18.33 per hour
