Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join a growing production team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire after 90 days and offers overtime opportunities for those looking to increase their earnings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions
• Gather necessary materials and tools to complete assemblies efficiently
• Tape and assemble wire harnesses according to specifications
• Perform functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of completed products
• Operate semi-automatic equipment, including:
  • Crimp presses
  • Wire twisters
  • Wire strippers
• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
