Wire Harness Fabrication Associate

Job TitleFabricate and assemble prototype automotive-type wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and requestor specifications.Measure, cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires using hand tools and specialized equipment.Route and bundle wires; install connectors, labels, heat shrink tubing, and protective sleeving to ensure proper fit and function.Perform vehicle installation of wire harnesses and overlays.Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and quality inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and production requirements.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot wiring issues and identify solutions.Learn proper and efficient operation of fabrication equipment, as well as troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on that equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and meeting production schedules.Perform general labor around the facility and other tasks as assigned.Note: May involve 1st or 2nd shift work depending on business needs**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
