Wire Harness Assembler We are now hiring! As an
Assembler you will be assigned to build wire harness systems in a manufacturing company in the Morgan Hill, CA area.
Pay Rate: $20-$30 hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd available
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job Description:- Assemble, route, and multi branch wire harnesses using industry-standard tools and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620)
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Cirrus testing and Hi-pot testing
Experience:
Wire Harnessing: 1-2 years (Required)
Electronic Assembly: 1-2 years (Required)
Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently over time
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred
