Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wire Operations Specialist with Call Center for a fully onsite role. This position plays a critical role in processing financial transactions while delivering high-quality customer support and will have hands-on experience managing wire transfers from start to finish and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process domestic and international wire transfers end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and security
- Authenticate clients and gather all required information to complete transactions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to wire inquiries and transaction support
- Resolve exceptions and discrepancies related to wire transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and transaction records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Identify and escalate complex issues as needed
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and security protocol
Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on wire processing experience
- Direct experience completing wire transfers end-to-end (not split functions)
- Minimum 1 year of experience identifying and preventing fraud in financial transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a structured call center environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing environments preferred
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to wire transfers preferred
