Wire Processor
Shift: 1st, (6:30 AM- 3 PM)
Pay: $18-$25/ hr. (Based on experience)
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC machining, equipment operation, machine troubleshooting, or manufacturing environments requiring precision and quality.
Job Descriptions:
- Operate wire processing equipment to cut, mark, strip, and prepare wire according to drawings and program specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity throughout all wire processing operations.
- Care for and perform basic maintenance on wire processing machinery and tooling, documenting maintenance using existing logs.
- Stage work orders and ensure all priority ("PR") wire and tubing orders are completed daily.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions.
- Use measuring devices including rulers, calipers, micrometers, scales, and magnifying aids to verify accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of related manufacturing or production experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills, including unit conversions.
- Experience operating crimping presses, measuring equipment, and wire processing machinery is preferred.
- IPC training or advanced IPC knowledge is a plus.
