Wire Processor / Production – South Bend Area

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to fill Wire Processor / General Labor positions. Pay Rate: $19.00/hour All Shifts
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Important: Candidates must be able to train on 1st Shift for 6–8 weeks before moving to their assigned shift.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing and wire processing equipment
- Perform quality inspections and measurements
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Support various manufacturing departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience preferred
- Die setter experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Steel-toed boots required
Requirements:
- Must pass E-Verify
- Basic background check
- 4-panel drug screen
- Weekend overtime may be required on a rotating schedule
