We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to fill Wire Processor / General Labor positions. Pay Rate: $19.00/hour All Shifts
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Important: Candidates must be able to train on 1st Shift for 6–8 weeks before moving to their assigned shift.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing and wire processing equipment
Perform quality inspections and measurements
Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Support various manufacturing departments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Basic computer skills
Forklift experience preferred
Die setter experience is a plus
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Steel-toed boots required
Requirements:
Must pass E-Verify
Basic background check
4-panel drug screen
Weekend overtime may be required on a rotating schedule
