Job Summary
We are hiring a team of 25-30 Wireless Access Point Installers to support a large-scale indoor infrastructure installation project. This role focuses on basic, hands-on labor installing wireless access points (WAPs) across multiple buildings.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking straightforward, physical work with minimal technical experience required. You will work as part of a coordinated team to support a major connectivity upgrade initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount wireless access points on ceilings and walls across multiple buildings
- Use basic hand tools and ladders to complete installations
- Follow installation guidelines and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with positioning, securing, and organizing equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic physical labor, including lifting and climbing ladders
- Comfortable working at moderate heights
- Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, installation, or general labor (helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Experience working on large-scale or multi-building projects
Work Environment & Schedule
- Work will take place indoors across multiple facilities
- Standing, walking, lifting, and climbing ladders required throughout the shift
- Schedule details to be provided by employer
Compensation
$20/hr
