Role Overview:
Experience required: 5-6 Yrs
Skills: Telecom - Network Management & CNS_Wireless Network_Cisco
Experience Required: 4-6

1) Provide end user support on issues faced in Mobile devices ( iPhones, IPADs & Mobile Data Cards
2) Mobile Devices - Order management
3) Mobile Devices - Security Compliance
4) Vendor co-ordination
5) Telecom plan management
6) Asset Recycling Co-ordination
 
For Wireless Support:
  • Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.
  • Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of Mobile Device management, Intune
