Mobile Generation – Verizon Premium Retailer

Compensation: $52,500 - $53,000 annual base salary, plus standard commission structure with a 25% accelerator once certain performance targets are met.

Mobile Generation is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to provide essential coverage and support to our retail stores within a designated region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams.

As the Area Sales Manager for Mobile Generation, you will enjoy some great perks:

• Annual base salary of $52,500 - $53,000.
• Standard commission structure.
• 25% accelerator on commission earnings once certain performance targets are met.
• Ramp Card provided to cover necessary business expenses such as gas, tolls, and parking.

The Area Sales Manager for Mobile Generation will be responsible for:

• Provide hands-on support in stores, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and operational tasks.
• Cover store manager absences, vacations, and other staffing needs.
• Implement and execute company sales strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store teams.
• Ensure stores adhere to company policies and procedures.

Mobile Generation is looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to commute to any store within the assigned region and stay in-store for up to a week at a time.
