Your main duties are but are not limited to:
To lead and coordinate teams of design professionals in the development and integration of information and communication system architecture, hardware, and software.
Assess, document, and optimize the capacity and performance of information and communication system networks
Research, evaluate and integrate network systems and data communication hardware and software
5G Radio optimization experience with Nokia RAN solution, and Experience with 4G RAN Nokia
Knowledge of Nokia Airscale and Flexi-BTS solutions 3G/4G/5G
Working experience on Nokia 3G/3.5/4G/5G parameters, counters and KPIs, features
Knowledge of RF optimization (antenna optimization), RF planning/optimization tools, and drive test post-processing tools
Knowledge of NetAct, able to extract pre & post-swap performance data and prepare detailed customer reports in PowerPoint
In-depth troubleshooting capability from analysis of network statistics and drive test logs
