As a key member of our team, you will drive our live- core operations, taking ownership of critical tasks like traces, MOPs, configuration, and upgrades. Your day-to-day will be managing KPIs and alarms, leading root-cause analysis (RCA), expanding the network and NOC support. Join our team today!

- Capture and analyze traces (GTP-C/U, PFCP/Sx, Diameter, S1-MME/S1-U, NAS) and close RCA on attach, session, user-plane, provisioning, and MCX/LMR failures.
- Author, validate, and execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for configuration updates and RAN additions, implementing regression testing to ensure network stability.
- Provision SIMs and subscribers; build and maintain private APNs.
- Monitor KPIs and alarms across the core and support the NOC as the Ericsson core SME.
