As a Wireless Marketing and Sales Representative, you'll serve as the vital link connecting customers with Frontier's cutting-edge wireless products. Our training program will equip you with in-depth knowledge of smartphones, data plans, and connectivity solutions. You'll interact directly with potential customers, identifying their mobile requirements, demonstrating product benefits, and facilitating smooth sales transactions.


Essential Functions of the Wireless Marketing and Sales Representative 
  • Engage prospective residential customers in designated community settings to promote and sell Frontier wireless products and services. 

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Frontier wireless plans, devices, features, and current promotions to support informed sales conversations.

  • Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend personalized wireless solutions based on usage, preferences, and communication requirements.

  • Present Frontier services clearly and persuasively, emphasizing product benefits and competitive advantages.

  • Facilitate the entire sales and enrollment process, including new activations, upgrades, and plan changes, ensuring accuracy and ease.

  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism, negotiate effectively, and close sales to activate new accounts.

  • Input sales orders, customer data, and service agreements into CRM systems in compliance with Frontier and company policies.

  • Consistently achieve sales goals while staying current on product launches, promotions, and industry trends to enhance expertise and performance.


Education & Experience Needed for the Wireless Marketing and Sales Representative 
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; additional coursework or an Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred and reflects a strong foundation for success. 

  • Up to two years of experience in direct or retail sales, promotional outreach, brand representation, or any customer-facing role that involves persuasive communication and relationship-building.

  • Previous exposure to wireless products, telecommunications, or technology sales is advantageous but not essential—our thorough training ensures all team members are well-prepared.

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Basic skills in operating mobile devices and a readiness to learn sales applications and CRM platforms are required to manage daily tasks efficiently.

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging customers and delivering clear, compelling product information.
