Wireless Network Engineer

Oversee the configuration and maintenance of wireless networks to support seamless connectivity across the organization. Manage and secure network firewalls to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards. Lead network architecture planning and design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements, especially during M&A activities. Integrate and standardize network infrastructures during mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless connectivity and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance network performance and security. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Mentor and provide guidance to junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technologies, with a focus on Palo Alto SD-WAN." (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
