A&Z Marketing Inc, a sales and marketing firm, is hiring a Wireless Representative to help Cypress explore Frontier’s Internet and TV services. You’ll simplify complex information, compare plans with clarity, and drive sales through personalized service. Whether it’s faster speeds or better entertainment, the Wireless Representative ensures customers are confident and cared for, turning every interaction into a seamless, enjoyable experience.


As a Wireless Representative, you'll engage with our Cypress customers and turn small talk about slow internet into a sales conversation. You'll listen first, then show how Frontier Fiber and TV make their life smoother. The Wireless Representative closes every sale with a warm handshake and follows up to turn a transaction into a lasting connection.


Responsibilities of the Wireless Representative

  • Start sales conversations with customers to explore their Internet and TV goals, positioning Frontier’s services as the solution to their needs.
  • Explain Frontier’s Internet reliability and TV package variety in simple, engaging ways, so customers see the value in upgrading their services.
  • Help customers navigate plan options with clarity and warmth, ensuring they feel supported throughout the sales process, as if you’re sitting across the table from them.
  • Address customer concerns or questions with patience and expertise, turning potential hesitations into confident decisions.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions to new plans, reinforcing sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Track customer preferences to customize future interactions, making every sales conversation personal and intentional.

Qualifications of a Wireless Representative

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus. 
  • Quick learner who masters new devices, plans, and sales promotions.
  • Customer‑focused approach to match solutions with lifestyles.
  • Active listening to understand needs and recommend options.
