Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Compensation: Hourly $19.50 - $23

Available Shifts: Full-time and part-time

Acv Legado is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to support our retail partners in San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, branding, and customer engagement. Fully paid training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

·  Assist customers in retail stores by selecting wireless products, devices, and service options

·  Provide clear and friendly customer support and answer product-related questions

·  Learn and communicate current promotions, product features, and upgrade options

·  Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records

·  Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals

·  Maintain product knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience

·  Uphold a professional, welcoming retail environment

Qualifications

·  Strong communication and customer service skills

·  Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn

·  Ability to work weekends if needed

·  Comfortable interacting with customers in a sales environment

·  Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

·  Able to legally consent to a background check

·  Reliable transportation or a consistent means of commuting
