This Wireless Sales Team Member role centers on wireless sales outreach, helping connect underserved customers with essential wireless services and 5G-ready technology. The Wireless Sales Team Member will also engage in direct sales activities, support wireless enrollments, and participate in sales efforts.
As a Wireless Sales Team Member, you'll train on the enrollment protocols for a government‑supported wireless program that offers free tablets and essential wireless services. The Wireless Sales Team Member will then meet San Diego customers personally, turning a simple sales outreach conversation into an opportunity for connection and growth.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Team Member
- Shadow experienced sales team members in the field to understand how to effectively navigate San Diego and start conversations about wireless access.
- Acquire direct sales techniques focused on helping families bridge the digital divide with assistance-based 5G tablets and data.
- Practice customer care by walking customers through their first login on their new wireless devices.
- Develop a sharp eye for program eligibility, learning the professional standards needed to verify sales documents with 100% accuracy.
- Learn territory coordination by helping the team map out high-density areas that are currently underserved by traditional wireless providers.
- Refine your communication style during team meetings, learning how to turn a simple hello into a successful wireless enrollment.
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Team Member
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Team‑oriented yet independent, able to thrive in both collaborative and solo roles.
- Quick to adapt to new promotions, product updates, and customer trends.
