We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive wireless retail sales, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
**Responsibilities include:**
• Meeting sales goals and KPIs
• Training and mentoring associates
• Conducting coaching sessions and onboarding
• Handling escalated customer issues
• Managing shift responsibilities and store decisions
• Traveling between store locations if needed
**Qualifications:**
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Retail or wireless sales experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 lbs., and work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• 18+ years old with background check if applicable
