Job Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $27-$35/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5am-1:30pm

Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Wireman II? We are looking for a skilled electrical assembly professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience building products from start to finish, can read and interpret electrical schematics, and enjoys troubleshooting and producing high-quality work.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in seeing a product through from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong electrical wiring experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret wiring schematics with minimal supervision. Experience with PLCs and automation is a strong plus and may qualify candidates for more advanced opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical wiring systems and control panels
  • Read and interpret multi-circuit schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues
  • Complete rework and resolve routine electrical problems independently
  • Support and mentor Wireman I employees as needed
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards

Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well established electrical equipment supplier in Rancho Cordova, California.

Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of electrical assembly or wireman experience
  • Experience using multimeters, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics from start to finish
  • Experience working with medium- to high-voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned builds

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with control panel or industrial wiring
  • Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation
  • Experience working with engineering changes or revision-controlled builds
  • Previous mentoring or training experience
