A financial services organization is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking professional to support an ISO 20022 industry update initiative involving payment operations, system testing, and project coordination. This position will work across business and technology teams to support testing activities, documentation, project deliverables, and implementation milestones related to U.S. Payment infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the U.S., familiarity with wire payment operations, and exposure to system development, testing, or IT project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support project activities associated with ISO 20022 industry and payment system updates.
Coordinate project team meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up activities.
Prepare clear and accurate meeting minutes and track outstanding deliverables.
Coordinate project documentation and monitor completion of assigned deliverables.
Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and detailed test cases.
Execute system and application testing based on established requirements and test plans.
Document testing results, issues, and observations and prepare formal testing reports.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify and resolve testing or implementation issues.
Support project management activities throughout implementation and testing phases.
Assist with payment-related system enhancements and other project activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the U.S.
Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
Basic understanding of U.S. Wire payment operations;hands-on wire payment experience preferred.
Working knowledge of SWIFT, CHIPS, and FedWire payment networks.
Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging and payment standards;SWIFT ISO 20022 message format knowledge preferred.
Experience with system or application development, testing, UAT, or implementation projects.
IT project management experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively between business operations and technology teams.
