Wiring and Assembly Technician

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Wiring & Assembly Technician for our client in the High Point area. The ideal candidate will have a background in wiring, assembly, and precision workmanship, ensuring that all components meet strict quality standards and operate flawlessly.

Essential Duties

• Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to complete tasks accurately.
• Construct and terminate single- and multi-conductor cables in accordance with specifications.
• Assemble and wire panels, harnesses, and enclosures while maintaining proper layout and routing.
• Terminate wires precisely, ensuring correct labeling, routing, and organization for optimal functionality.
• Perform soldering tasks to meet industry standards, ensuring durable and high-quality connections.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive tasks without compromising quality.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of practical experience in assembly. Experience with wiring, soldering, or a related field is ideal.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proven record of good attendance.
• Proficient in interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled in soldering, crimping, and wire termination
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
