Champion Personnel is hiring Wiring Assemblers for a fast-growing company that builds electrical transfer switch systems used by major clients like Visa, Mastercard, and Microsoft.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble wire harnesses and electronic components
- Read wiring diagrams and follow assembly procedures
- Use hand tools and test tools (continuity/cable testers)
- Inspect and measure parts for quality control
- Label, package, and prep assemblies for shipment
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience with electronics or wiring
? Ability to read basic assembly diagrams
? Strong attention to detail and quality
? Comfortable working with small parts and tools
Preferred:
- Wire harness assembly experience
- Electronic module assembly experience
- Basic understanding of electricity
Physical Requirements:
- Fine motor skills for small-part assembly
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Strong visual acuity for inspection work
