Wiring Associate - Day & Night Shift

Our client who is located on the west side of El Paso, Texas, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as a Wiring Associate. This position focuses on assembling and wiring electrical components in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform wiring and assembly of electrical components according to specifications
• Read and follow basic wiring diagrams and instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet production and quality targets
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
• 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM | Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Overtime: Mandatory overtime required as needed

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous wiring or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read basic instructions or diagrams
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good attendance and reliability are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
