Job Description:
As the Withdrawal Management Supervisor, you will work directly with the Medical Director to monitor the Withdrawal Management (WM) unit. Assure compliance is upheld with the accrediting, certification, licensing, and funding requirement. Provides basic nursing care to monitor the client's medical status. Evaluate the physical needs of each client and identify priority problems. Provide for physical, medical, and emotional needs for all clients while ensuring that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.
What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana preferred. Minimum Licensed Practical Nurse is required
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Two years of supervisory/management experience in the nursing field with emphasis on substance use disorders preferred. Must be CPR certified.
Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment
