White Mountains Community College is seeking qualified individuals interested in teaching in a classroom/clinical setting in our Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Program at our Berlin and Littleton locations this fall (September through December 2026). Applications are also being accepted for spring and summer 2027.
LNA instructors work with diverse groups of students ranging from recent high school graduates to returning students embarking on a new career. Schedule is varied for 7-10 weeks.
Contract instructor positions are temporary for a specified timeframe.
Salary will range from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience.
Scope of Work:
The instructor shall be responsible for classroom, lab, and clinical teaching. The instructor shall have no other work responsibilities while instructing clinical, lab, and classroom learning experiences. To prepare students for licensure and real-world healthcare environments. Instructors serve as role models, equipping future caregivers with core medical competencies and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Must possess a current NH unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or multi-state LPN license issued by a compact state with successful completion of a board-approved train-the-trainer course within the last 2 years or possess a current NH unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or a multi-state RN license issued by a compact state.
Experience:Two years of experience working with the elderly or chronically ill of any age with one year of experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services.
