East Gibson School Corporation is seeking an Athletic Director with leadership and organizational experience. This role will create a dynamic and competitive athletic program K-12, train coaches and lay coaches on how to enhance skill development among our athletes to perform at a higher level, instill sportsmanship in our athletes for lifelong lessons, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. - Proficient in organization and management skills to oversee all athletic activities; including practices, games, tournaments, and special events; maintain schedules for all athletics; schedule officials for all athletic events, coordinate the concession stand operations, and administer the athletic budget.
- Talented in exemplary professional communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a unique gift for the spoken and written word, are highly articulate and can adapt your approach to resonate effectively with diverse audiences.
