Programs and maintains robotic cells by assisting in all phases of robotic design, development, production, testing, and operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide input for fixture design on new and existing programs.
• Assist with the sourcing of equipment, parts, supplies, and technical support
• Develop and maintain the layout of work cells
• Establish production/process standards
• Establish and monitor maintenance schedules
• Write and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells.
• Train personnel on equipment and processes.
• Maintain robots, mechanical or electronic equipment, and PLC's.
• Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measures
• Provide feedback for long-term machine use/efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment with safety and productivity as a priority
• Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for job tasks.
• Observe all established safety rules and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout requirements, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition

Pay Range:

31.56 - 38.58
