Job Title: Deployment Support Specialist Pay: 60/hr Notes: 8 weeks remote training 2-3 weeks at client's work site assisting with deployment (you will temporaory stay near a hotel near these work site) Job Summary This role will be critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase. In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution. This role will work closely with other teams across the organization and with the various external partners on the project. Complete ERP swap from legacy ECC to S4 HANA and new WMS (Blue Yonder) Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of inventory management and warehouse operations. Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areas Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed Provide deployment support Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care) Responsibilities (Summarize) Guiding users to resources, answering questions, supporting existing team Escalate technical issues through project processes Document incidents from initiation through resolution Participate in shift change meetings to communicate process/people issues Week 1: Direct end-user support at transactional level (kiosks, data entry) Week 2-3: Monitor user independence, conduct proficiency evaluations Exit criteria: End users functioning independently with problem-solving capability Qualifications: SAP or S4/hana required Warehousing WMS Bachelors Degree 4 plus years of previous experience working within a Make to Deploy and/or Order to Cash Operations organization. Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions. Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the Client States Ability to travel cross border Preferred Qualifications: Challenges requirements, open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes. Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately.
