A growing supply chain and logistics organization is seeking a hands-on WMS & Systems Manager to own warehouse systems, integrations, reporting, customer onboarding, and day-to-day technology support across a fast-paced distribution environment.

About the Role

\n

What You’ll Do as a WMS & Systems Manager

\n

• \n
• Own WMS configuration, optimization, master data, system health, and warehouse workflows.
• \n
• Lead systems workstreams for customer onboarding, migrations, implementations, testing, cutovers, and post-go-live support.
• \n
• Troubleshoot integrations across WMS, middleware, APIs, EDI, ERP/ecommerce platforms, and customer systems.
• \n
• Use SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI to validate data, build operational visibility, and support customer-facing analytics.
• \n
• Support warehouse technology including RF devices, printers, connectivity, user access, and system-related incidents.
• \n
• Partner with Operations, customers, and vendors to drive root-cause resolution, process improvement, and scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• 10+ years of WMS / supply chain systems experience in 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or a similar environment.
• \n
• Strong hands-on experience with WMS implementation, configuration, migration, onboarding, and optimization.
• \n
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills; Oracle experience is a plus.
• \n
• Working knowledge of APIs, EDI, middleware, data mapping, and common warehouse transaction flows.
• \n
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools using large operational datasets.
• \n
• Confident project and vendor manager who can operate both strategically and hands-on in a warehouse environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation DOE: 110-135k
