Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage, train, and support sales staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Drive sales performance and meet store goals
• Maintain store organization, presentation, and inventory flow
• Support customers with styling and product selection
• Handle scheduling and team coordination

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good sense of fashion and styling awareness
