Schedule Full-Time M-F 4.5 daysweek 1 day off every other week Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Womens Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality autonomous yet collaborative internal medicine and gynecological wellness care to adult women serving as a critical pillar for continuity of care while supporting the Practice Lead. The incoming provider steps into a highly supportive environment with strong mentorship replacing a valued team member of five years on excellent terms. Scope of Practice Patient Population Adult women focusing on GYN wellness care that feeds specialized referrals. Comprehensive Primary Care Manages a spectrum of womens health conditions combining internal medicine with acute preventative and chronic GYN care. Clinical Workflow Comprehensive initial shadowing and teaching provided for a seamless transition. Clinical Procedures Performs routine in-office and sophisticated hospital-based procedures. Volume & Call Scales from 8-12 patientsday initially to an 18-22 daily max.. Qualifications Board Certified NP or PA. Open to both experienced providers and passionate New Graduates. Active unrestricted Texas license. Deep passion for gynecology womens health and internal medicine. Proactive no task is too small team mentality values clinical autonomy but is eager to discuss cases daily learn and be patient. Local to the Lake JacksonBrazosport area preferred.
