If you're looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and the community, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

    • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care by managing a caseload of patients in collaboration with OBGYN physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

    • Serve as a clinical expert in Women's Health by assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of health conditions and disease processes.

    • Perform specialized diagnostic and/or interventional procedures under physician supervision as appropriate.

    • Coordinate care across the healthcare continuum to ensure patients receive seamless, personalized treatment.

    • Educate patients, families, nursing staff, hospital employees, students, and the community using effective adult learning principles and evidence-based teaching strategies.

    • Promote professional growth by participating in continuing education and staying current with advancements in Women's Health.

    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and overall productivity.

    • Provide expert consultation by utilizing effective communication skills and change management principles.

    • Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge in Women's Health specialty conditions, testing, treatment options, and disease management.

    • Represent the organization at local, regional, and national Women's Health meetings, consortiums, and professional organizations.

    • Champion patient safety, quality improvement, cultural diversity, and excellence in every aspect of care.

    • Deliver age-appropriate, compassionate care that addresses each patient's physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.

    • Foster a welcoming and professional environment by treating patients, families, visitors, physicians, and colleagues with courtesy and respect.

    • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, the Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Plan, and required training.

    What You'll Bring (Requirements)

    • Current Missouri Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license.

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active Nurse Practitioner certification.

    • Graduate of and certification in a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program (WHNP) and specialty certification approved by the Missouri State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice, as required.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in an OBGYN clinic or other relevant Women's Health clinical specialty environment.

    • Current certification affiliated with the Women's Health service line.

    • Current Collaborative Practice Arrangement with the organization as a provider.

    • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.

    • Demonstrated clinical expertise within Women's Health specialty practice.

    • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

    • 3-5 years of clinical experience.

This is more than an advanced practice role-it's an opportunity to lead, educate, innovate, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of women every day. You'll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and compassionate, patient-centered care while empowering you to practice at the top of your license.
